Even more confusing terms and nomenclature! I wish they would just let simple things be simple instead of piling up more classifications and categories.
By physical impotence what they mean is impotence that has a physical basis, such as problems with the blood vessels or nerves.
Medical or Iatrogenic impotence refers to impotence that is the result of pharmaceuticals or surgery. There are many medications such as beta blockers which can do this.
